The ‘golden window’ to attend is between 25-36 weeks however you are most welcome to join us either side of this. 

Our workshops run from 9:30am-3:30pm. It’s a big, juicy day of learning and you head home with a stack of resources to consolidate what we cover.

Yes. Booking covers you and your chosen support person.

While PowerBirth does address unplanned caesarean birth and what to expect, the core focus is on labouring with the goal of vaginal birth. Therefore this isn’t the best resource for you if you already know you will be having a caesarean birth.

This course is dedicated to helping you prepare for birth. Our focus is on providing you a comprehensive labour and birth preparation offering that deep dives into what you need to know to set yourself up for a positive experience and doesn’t overwhelm you.
